A famous Indian tradition that delivers a truly beautiful, warming aromatic blend. Add milk to create a chai latte and honey to sweeten.

Black tea (Camellia sinensis), Ginger (Zingiber officinale), Cinnamon (Cinnamonum aromaticum), Cloves (Syzygium aromaticum), Cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum), Licorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra)
Place 1 teaspoon of loose leaf in a cup or teapot. Add boiling water and allow to steep for 3-5 minutes for desired strength. Serve hot or chilled with honey or lemon to taste. Serve with or without milk. Drink 2-3 cups daily.
