Peanut Butter Choc Chip Bars

Australian peanut meal (40%), coconut flour, tapioca flour, choc chips (18%) (cocoa mass, erythritol, cocoa butter, emulsifier, natural vanilla flavour, stevia), erythritol, soluble corn fibre, baking powder, salt, monk fruit extract.

You will need

3 eggs
200g unsalted butter, melted.

Method

• Preheat oven to 160oC. Line a 20cm x 20cm baking tray with baking paper.
• In a bowl, mix together the egg and butter until combined.
• Empty the contents of the bake mix pack into the bowl with the eggs and butter, whisk until smooth.
• Transfer batter into baking tray and bake for approx 20 minutes or until cooked.
• Allow to cool before slicing into bars or squares.
