Gluten & grain free flour blend (almond meal, lupin flour, coconut flour, tapioca flour), soluble corn fibre, hemp protein, baking powder

Directions
You will need
150g cold salted butter
1 tablespoon (20ml) cold water
Method
- Empty the contents of packet into a medium sized mixing bowl.
- Rub the butter into flour mix until the mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs.
- Add the cold water and mix with a fork until the mixture comes together into a ball.
- Roll out or press into a 22cm tart tin. Refrigerate or freeze in tin until ready to fill and bake.
* Pastry shells can be baked from frozen.
* To use for sausage rolls, crackers, pizza etc, roll out between 2 sheets of baking paper, place on a cookie tray and refrigerate for 30 minutes before rolling, cutting or topping.
